I lovingly call this my "beautiful transitional coastal Hacienda". This Balboa bayfront home sits on a double lot and is historic to the community as one of the first homes built on the bayfront. This home had been in the family for generations, but literally had never been touched. I truly wanted to keep the charm and warmth of the original home while giving it the much needed TLC to transform it into a casually elegant coast home that boasts of its Spanish revival roots.
